I am Autery Weekes, a Human Systems Engineer. I bring 20+ years of engineering work and 40+ years of operational discipline. I hold an A.A. in General Studies from Prince George's Community College. I hold a B.S. in Sociology from Bowie State University.
My work is about people's problems — the whole system around a person, not one piece of it. I study the relationship between humans and their systems — where they are broken, and what prevents the growth of society as a whole: how humans fail systems, how systems fail humans, especially those running on autopilot, how humans fail humans, especially those pushing the masses into broken systems. I engineer what actually works: remove what holds people back from blooming, and let communities grow.

For example, in 2015–2018, I secured a town hall meeting with the City of Cottage City, Prince George's County, and the State of Maryland on the Bladensburg Road corridor (U.S. Route 1 Alternate), with Commissioner Demetrius Givens (Ward 4, Commission Vice-Chair) — street and street light repairs followed.
My primary aim is to bridge the gap between complex organizational challenges and practical execution. I exist to eliminate uncertainty for business owners, leaders, and decision-makers by turning fragmented data, operational confusion, and unstructured problems into structured, actionable strategies. When you face an obstacle you cannot clearly map out, my role is to untangle the variables and provide a straightforward path forward.
